Zaditor® (ketotifen ophthalmic solution) is an over-the-counter antihistamine medication approved for the treatment of eye allergy symptoms. Specifically, it is used to relieve eye itching due to allergic conjunctivitis (eye allergies). The medication comes in the form of an eyedrop and is typically applied to the affected eye twice a day.
