Zaditor® (ketotifen ophthalmic solution) is an antihistamine drug used to temporarily relieve eye itching due to eye allergies. In addition to blocking histamine receptors, this medication decreases the release of histamine from cells in the body and may also inhibit other substances produced by the body in response to an allergen.
