ketotifen ophthalmic solution) is a non-prescription eyedrop approved for treating itching due to eye
allergies (known medically as allergic conjunctivitis). It belongs to a group of medications known as antihistamines.
Zaditor is manufactured by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The patents for this medication have expired, and it is now available in generic form.
Strengths of Generic Zaditor
Just like the brand-name version, generic Zaditor is available in only one strength -- ketotifen 0.025% (equivalent to ketotifen fumarate 0.035%).
