Does Stinging Nettle Work?

Stinging nettle is a dietary supplement that is claimed to work for a number of different conditions, but does it work? Some early studies have shown the supplement to be effective for treating allergy symptoms, improving the urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate, and helping with osteoarthritis. However, much more research is needed to confirm the effectiveness of stinging nettle products.
