Geriatric and Off-Label Singulair Indications

Is Singulair Used in Older Adults?

About 3.5 percent of people in Singulair clinical trials were older than age 65. In these trials, people over the age of 65 responded to the medication no differently than younger age groups. Based on this information, and the properties of the medication, it is not necessary to give older adults lower Singulair doses.
