Rifamycin can decrease the level of Singulair in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Although the manufacturer of Singulair does not recommended adjusting the dosage due to this drug interaction, let your healthcare provider know if your asthma or allergy symptoms seem to become worse while taking rifamycin antibiotics.
