Nasonex^® (mometasone nasal spray) can potentially interact with one other medication, ketoconazole (Nizoral^®). Combining ketoconazole with Nasonex may increase the level of Nasonex in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Nasonex dosage, although this may not be necessary.
