Nasarel™ (flunisolide nasal solution) is a prescription medication used to treat nasal allergy symptoms. It belongs to a group of medications known as steroid nasal sprays. Even though the drug is given as a nasal spray, it is absorbed into the bloodstream to some extent and could possibly interact with other medications. However, no significant Nasarel drug interactions are known at this time. People are generally not recommended to use more than one steroid (whether oral or nasal spray) at the same time, as this is unlikely to be beneficial and may increase the risk of side effects.
