triamcinolone nasal spray) is a prescription medication commonly used to treat nasal
allergy symptoms, such as runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and nasal itching. It is a type of steroid that comes in nasal spray form.
Nasacort AQ nasal spray is approved for use in both adults and children ages six and older. It can be used to treat seasonal
allergies and allergies that occur all year long. Because it is a steroid medication, it decreases inflammation by limiting the body's ability to produce an immune system reaction.
Although most people tolerate this
allergy medicine well, side effects are possible. The most common side effects that have been reported with Nasacort AQ nasal spray are sore throat, cough, and nosebleeds.
