Cough, nausea or vomiting, and headache are some of the most commonly reported side effects of Flonase®. Side effects of the medication don't require medical attention in most cases, but certain problems should be reported to your healthcare provider immediately. Contact your healthcare provider if you develop serious Flonase side effects, such as frequent and severe nosebleeds, asthma symptoms, or signs of steroid toxicity.
