Claritin-D® (loratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate) is an over-the-counter medication licensed for the treatment of common nasal allergy symptoms. It contains both an antihistamine and a decongestant, drugs that can help relieve sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, runny nose, and nasal congestion. Claritin-D tablets are available in 12-hour and 24-hour strengths. Before using this medicine, you should talk to your healthcare provider if you have diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions.
