All Clarinex-D should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture.

Keep Clarinex-D and all medications out of the reach of children.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Clarinex-D?

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your normal dosing schedule. Never take a double dose.

Strengths

There are several strengths of Clarinex-D available, including:

Clarinex-D 12 Hour (desloratadine 2.5 mg and pseudoephedrine sulfate 120 mg)
Clarinex-D 24 Hour (desloratadine 5 mg and pseudoephedrine sulfate 240 mg).

Generic Clarinex-D

There is currently no generic Clarinex-D available for sale.
