All Clarinex-D should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture.
 
Keep Clarinex-D and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Clarinex-D?

If you forget to take a dose of Clarinex-D, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your normal dosing schedule. Never double your dose of Clarinex-D at one time.
 

Clarinex-D Strengths

There are several strengths of Clarinex-D available, including:
 
  • Clarinex-D 12 Hour (desloratadine 2.5 mg and pseudoephedrine sulfate 120 mg)
  • Clarinex-D 24 Hour (desloratadine 5 mg and pseudoephedrine sulfate 240 mg).
     

Generic Clarinex-D

There is currently no generic Clarinex-D available for sale.
