Ketoconazole
Taking ketoconazole and Clarinex-D together may cause your body to metabolize the medicines differently than intended. This can result in an increased amount of Clarinex-D in your body. If you are taking these medications together, your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely or make necessary dosing adjustments.
