Combination Allergy Medicines

There are several allergy medicines available that combine an antihistamine with a decongestant, including:

Claritin-D^® (loratadine and pseudoephedrine)
Clarinex-D^® (desloratadine and pseudoephedrine)
Allegra-D^®(fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine)
Zyrtec-D^® (cetirizine and pseudoephedrine).

Claritin-D is available without a prescription. The other combination allergy medicines require a prescription.
