Allegra-D is not approved for use in children. It is approved for adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.
 

Off-Label Allegra-D Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Allegra-D for treating something other than the conditions lists above. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time there are no universally accepted off-label uses for Allegra-D.
