ketotifen ophthalmic solution) is a non-prescription eye drop approved for treating itching due to eye
allergies from ragweed, pollen, or animal dander or hair. It belongs to a group of allergy medications known as antihistamines.
Alaway is manufactured by Bausch and Lomb. The patents for this medication have expired, and it is now available in generic form.
Strengths of Generic Alaway
Just like brand-name Alaway, generic Alaway is available in only one strength -- ketotifen 0.025% (equivalent to ketotifen fumarate 0.035%).
